• 1. Gather your supplies: You'll need a pipe cleaner, a small brush or toothbrush, rubbing alcohol, salt, and some paper towels.
    2. Remove loose debris: Use the small brush or toothbrush to remove any loose debris or ash from the bowl.
    3. Add cleaning solution: Pour some salt into the bowl and/or inside of the piece followed by rubbing alcohol. Using your fingers, plug any holes and shake vigorously. Please note, we do not recommend soaking pieces with luster or decals for long periods of time as it may damage these finishes.
    4. Scrub the pipe: Use the pipe cleaner to scrub the inside of the stem and bowl, and the outside of the pipe. You can do this step with or without the cleaning solution still in the piece. If your piece is heavily soiled, steps 3 and 4 may need to be repeated.
    5. Rinse and dry: Rinse the pipe thoroughly with warm water and dry it off with paper towels or a cloth. Once the pipe is completely dry, reassemble it and it's ready to use again.
    Remember to clean your smokeware regularly to ensure optimal performance and to avoid buildup that can affect the taste and quality of your smoking experience.

  • All of our pieces are non-toxic and food safe, which means they are also safe to smoke from. On the interior of our smokeware pieces, we use a liner glaze designed for durability. Liner glaze resists acid, chipping, crazing, scratching, staining, and all other hard use factors. Each piece is fired at least twice with a maximum firing to over 2,200°F. Glaze has similar properties to glass, so use these pieces exactly like you would a "traditional" glass piece.

  • Due to the nature of smokeware, both hygenic and legally, we can not accept returns. All sales are final.

    However, should an item arrive damaged we do offer exchanges. Please reach out to hello@cloudrituals.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
    1. Picture of the damaged item.
    2. Picture of the packaging with shipping information/barcode visible.

  • While placing your order, we encourage you to insure your package. Also, double check your shipping address when you receive an order confirmation. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. We will always do everything in our power to help locate the missing package. We also suggest you try the following if you're missing a package:
    - Wait a couple more days to see if it gets delivered. It's not uncommon for packages to show up a day or two later.
    - Ask your neighbors if its been delivered to their residence by mistake.
