Bubblers Details and Inspiration
The timeless heart shape: represented in art throughout eternity and now you can put your weed in it. We love this design as a daily driver and for its large chamber. The carb is centered below the bowl, so this piece is great for rightys and leftys.
This design is part of our vintage mold series, where we take vintage molds from the 70's, 80's and 90's and repurpose the pieces to fit our modern canna needs. We will use the molds for their remaining lifespan, until we have to eventually retire them. We can't estimate when we will have to retire these designs, so let's enjoy them while we can!
How do you clean a piece with a decal?
Since our pieces are ceramic and therefore opaque, we recommend checking resin build up using a flashlight shining through the carb while looking into the mouth piece. For a quick clean, run hot water into the bowl and interior. Then, wipe down the bowl with a paper towel to remove resin/ dirty bits.
For a deeper clean of a piece that has a decal, you need to take special care not to soak the decal in alcohol. This will damage and possibly remove the decal from your piece, which would be very sad for everyone. While you can still use alcohol and salt on the interior and bowl we recommend making the following changes to your cleaning routine:
After a hot water rinse, pour some salt into the interior of the piece. Plug all the holes besides the mouth piece. Pour a few tablespoons of isopropyl alcohol into the mouth piece, then plug the mouth piece. Shake vigorously for a bit to agitate the salt and alcohol. Pour out the dirty alcohol rinse again with water. Repeat until the alcohol pours clear. Use a paper towel soaked in isopropyl alcohol to wipe out the bowl.
If you prefer to soak your entire piece in alcohol, we suggest choosing a piece which doesn't have luster or a decal.
How do you clean the Heart without a decal?
Since our pieces are ceramic and therefore opaque, we recommend checking resin build up using a flashlight shining through the carb while looking into the mouth piece. When it's time for a cleaning, clean these pieces the same way you would glass. For a quick clean, run hot water into the bowl and interior. Then, wipe down the bowl down with a paper towel to remove resin/ nasty bits. For a deeper clean of the interior and bowl, we recommend the tried and true isopropyl alcohol and salt method.
